Count Your Blessings

I think I’ll start a list of my blessings.

Here’s but a partial list of the blessings of God in our lives:

  1. Thank God for salvation.
  2. Thank God for the Bible.
  3. Thank God for my wife.
  4. Thank God for my pastor.
  5. Thank God for my church.
  6. Thank God for our daughter.
  7. Thank God for our 4 grandchildren.
  8. Thank God for a part time job at The Home Depot.
  9. Thank God for my house. (even though the bank still owns it) lol
  10. Thank God for my Subaru.
  11. Thank God for my dog, Chloe.
  12. Thank God for friends.
  13. Thank God for His kindness.
  14. Thank God for our above ground pool.
  15. Thank God for clothes to wear.
  16. Thank God for Planet Fitness where we work out.
  17. Thank God for our 3 year Bible school training.
  18. Thank God for godly mentors.
  19. Thank God for good books.
  20. Thank God for my fellow bloggers.
  21. Thank God for my iPhone.
  22. Thank God for my desktop.
  23. Thank God that He is forgiving.
  24. Thank God for His healing power.
  25. Thank God for ALL OF THE COMMENTS YOU ARE GOING TO ADD…

    Besides echoing ever single one of the blessings you listed (3 children, 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren); the ability to read and write (and think!); Five senses; beauty of worshiping Almighty God; His Presence – and His promises, provision, and protection; food in the fridge and cabinets; and that we even have fridge and cabinets; music; the beauty and wonder of nature; “food on the table and shoes on my feet” …. did you ever hear this song?
