Why is it hard to wait for God‘s timing?
II Peter 3:8 says, “Beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”
This verse says that God does not think about time the way we do. And, therein lies our problem. We regard time in 24-hour segments. And, although God did create time, He is not held by it. Just as God does not regard time the way we do, we need to remember that He also does not look at our life situation like we do. His ways are perfect and we need to trust Him with His timing.
