What do we know about God’s mercy?

Psalm 32:10 says, “Many sorrows shall be to the wicked; But he who trusts in the Lord, mercy shall surround him.”

The mercy in this verse means steadfast love that is abiding and enduring. It surrounds us so tightly that if it were anything else, we would suffocate. But instead, we can rest sweetly in God’s close embrace, knowing that we can trust Him with our life. Christ has not lost control, even during a crisis.

Turn up the Christian music, sing or say the words out loud, and by faith thank God that He has your life wrapped tightly in His arms.
