Is My Church for Sinners?

Let me ask it a different way…

Is my church for people who struggle?
Is it for the broken?
The addicted?
The confused?
The ashamed?
The ones who don’t have it together?

Or… is it only for those who look like they do?

Somebody should’ve warned Jesus.

“Don’t talk to her.”
“Don’t sit with them.”
“Don’t go there.”

But He did.

Every time.

⸻

The woman at the well?
Broken.

The tax collector?
Corrupt.

The adulterer?
Caught.

And yet…

👉 He moved toward them, not away from them.

So maybe the better question is not:

“Are they welcome?”

But…

👉 “Do we still look like Jesus?”

⸻

Because if sinners aren’t welcome…

Neither are we.

⸻

If grace doesn’t reach them… it never reached us.
