5 Minutes of Hope

Mark 5:1-20

But ESPECIALLY verse 19: GO & TELL

BAM 🔥

Take note of what Jesus did not instruct this man to do:

1. Go register for a missions seminar.
2. Go get the church board’s approval.
3. Go get credentials.

BAM 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Friend… this is pure, unfiltered Gospel simplicity.

No seminar.
No platform.
No credentialing board.
No three-point outline with Greek verbs.

Just:

Go home.
Not to the nations first. Not to the stage.
Start where they know your history.

To your own people.
The ones who saw you naked in the tombs.
The ones who chained you.
The ones who wrote you off.

And then—

Tell them.

Not argue.
Not debate.
Not impress.

Tell them:
• How much the Lord has done for you.
• How He had mercy on you.

That’s it.

And what did the man do?

He went and told how much Jesus had done for him.

Notice that shift?
Jesus says, “Tell them what the Lord has done.”
The man goes and tells what Jesus has done.

The theology took care of itself.

THIS hits a nerve.

For fifty years I tried to do it.
Now I’m living in what He has done.

Evangelism isn’t a classroom.
It’s a testimony.

It’s not “Here’s what I learned.”
It’s “Here’s what happened to me.”

You’ve been set free from tomb-living.
So go home.
To your people.
To your family.
To your classmates.
To your co-workers.
To your own lane.

And tell them what mercy feels like.

This right here?

This could birth a movement.
