Yes and YES! Currently writing a book entitled Negotiating No More. All about the many second chances he has afforded me.

Just published my memoir which is loaded with stories of His grace and mercy.

First book? Do you have an editor? Publisher?

My memoir was my second published book. Early Snow was my first and is a children’s book. My Daughter did the illustrations, this will be a part of a season series, so she is currently working on the spring edition which will be published within the next month. We edited that book and published ourselves through Amazon Kindle Publishing last autumn.
My memoir, I used Genesis Publishing House, which is a hybrid publisher, so they helped with both the editing and the publishing, but it has allowed me to keep all publishing rights and royalties. They were very beneficial to the process. I wanted to use a publisher for this book because there are chapters, sections, more words, and margins. Format is important when you consider all of these things. A children’s book is very flexible in that area, but a chapter book needs more attention to that detail so this is where it’s nice to use a publisher.

If you don’t mind me asking, how much was your investment? We have a dear friend who has his own publishing company and we’ve gone through him several times at a fraction of the cost of most publishers.
He does it all. Book covers. Editing. Format. Font. The whole nine yards.

It was $2000, most were 4000 and up

Ya…I think for my future devotion book I’m a little more knowledgeable so I may publish on my own but I’d love to check out his website still!
