Weary? Weak? No Worry!

Isaiah 40:28-31 AMP

Confession: This blogger has NEVER been enrolled in “The School of Wait” like he is this very hour! But I’m learning.

I’m learning to lean.

I’m learning to wait.

I’m learning to trust.

I’m learning — ONCE AGAIN — God has EVERYTHING under control.

Precious LORD, You can be trusted. You make no mistakes. Help Your children to — wait upon You. Amen

Friend, may you be FILLED with hope today and share it with others!

  1. I spent quite a while in the school of wait about a decade ago. On the one hand it was painful, on the other it was glorious because I felt God’s presence more palpably than ever during that time. I love your affirmations of trust and hope here, Doug! God definitely makes no mistakes! And He does indeed help us to wait. (Though I must confess to impatience at times, and wanting to know why the “schooling” was necessary!)

    1. It’s embarrassing to say how many times I’ve flunked this course. Lol
THANK God He is patient with us slow learners!
      Blessings to you!

  2. There is so much hope and encouragement here and in the Word of God. Many times, I have gotten discouraged and wanted to quit. Then I hear the Lord say, “Nothing is wasted in my Kingdom. I am using all that he are going through to have you come out as fine gold.”

    1. That is wonderfully put, my blogging friend!
      So true: HE WASTES NOTHING!
After he fed the 5000 he told his disciples to pick up what remained that nothing be wasted.
