It’s not my fault — I’m not to blame.
I didn’t do it — it was what’s his name.
Yes, I blame the parents, or I blame the kid.
I must blame SOMEBODY for what I did.
I point the finger to accuse someone.
I claim NO responsibility for what I’ve done.
Then a light turns on and I think about it.
The weight is lifting, then I shout it:
GUILTY! GUILTY!
Yup, that’s me!
When I OWNED it and ADMITTED it,
it set me free!
