God, speaking through the prophet declared:

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. Isaiah 43:2

Three things jump out at me in this passage:

When you pass … WHEN, not IF. We WILL undergo tough times.

When you pass through the waters … THROUGH … we will come out the other side.

When you pass through the waters, I WILL BE WITH YOU

God is with us in our battles!
