One Hope Remains

A myriad of voices and choices vie for my attention.

One hope remains:

Heartache and heartbreak work in concert to upend my faith.

One hope remains:

Chaos and confusion beat unceasingly upon my heart’s door.

One hope remains:

“Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God …” Psalm 42:5
