When the world is chaotic, where can we go to find calm?
In John chapter 14 Jesus said, “Let not your heart be troubled… Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you” ... and then, again, He said, “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
If we only focus on this world’s problems, we can become overwhelmed, troubled, and fearful. But we need to remember that God has a perfect plan. Sometimes that is hard to believe, because there is so much chaos all around us. But God is the only One who can give us true peace through hard times. He is ready to give us that peace, if only we will pray and ask Him for it.
