The Show
I can’t speak for you but I’m the kinda guy that needs to be shown something over and over and over again. Then, a few more times. Maybe I’m slow. But I just gotta see it more than once.

But check out THE SHOW: God’s Unfailing Love!

Now I must confess: I do NOT possess a doctorate in Wordology BUT — I’m relatively sure unfailing love means: GOD’S LOVE NEVER FAILS!

Does that mean He ALWAYS gives us what we want? Honey, THAT ain’t love!

Does that mean He ALWAYS gives us what we need? Bet you by golly, WOW!

In ways innumerable He SHOWS us His unfailing love.

It’s in His creation.

It’s in his Word.

It’s in His dealings with us.

It’s in His answers to prayer. (ALL OF THEM) Yes. No. And wait. 😀😀😀

He allows and directs circumstances and situations daily and MOMENT BY MOMENT that SHOW us His unfailing love.

Mighty God, help us to PROCLAIM: our eyes have seen the glory of Your unfailing love. Amen

Well over one hundred million books have been printed since the invention of the printing press. And surely many before that either etched on clay walls or written in parchments. To be sure, many an intriguing story and verse are included among them all.

But none, NONE — offers hope as does The Book of Hope, The Holy Bible!

Ever In His Care
Bumps and bruises with many a valley low;

on a journey filled with broken and bleeding hearts.

Comfort eludes us while questions flood our restless soul;

but by God‘s love and grace there are brand new starts.

Speculation from the untrained eye;

perceives a life untouched and filled with ease.

But the soldier of the cross bears scores of battle scars;

that often times only the Father sees.

God never chose to answer Job’s questions;

while day after day writhing in pain.

What He did for this sojourning warrior;

was restore his life once again.

God does not always speak in affliction;

one must believe He is ever there.

Mercy and love is the language He chooses;

which is sufficient proof that He cares.

Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. Psalm 71:20

Too Dead to Doubt

AND — since that is the case — let’s not ignore Him so much and so often. Let’s invite Him and acknowledge Him in the good times and the bad times. The rough places and the smooth places. When life’s good — when life’s hard … THERE WAS JESUS!

He’s EVERYWHERE, HIM!

Desperate for deliverance

HE is our mighty Deliverer!
