What About Lent

This blogger has been unbelievably cavalier in his walk with the LORD for too long. NO MORE.

I’m done with lesser things.

I’m GIVING UP and GOING AFTER my LORD with abandon. Anyone wanna tag along?

Starting tomorrow, Ash Wednesday, and for the entire season of Lent (40 days), I’m parking in Galatians 5:13-26.

I’ve scored TOO HIGH in fleshly matters and scored TOO LOW in all things spiritual.

NO MORE!

The next 40 days of blogs will chronicle my journey. I trust you’ll enjoy and maybe invite a friend to come along side us.

God bless you REAL GOOD dear reader.

Let’s go ALL IN for the One who gave His ALL for you and me.

Precious LORD, we want YOU. NOTHING or NO ONE else will do. Amen

Friend, may you be FILLED with hope today and share it with others!

  2. Doug, for the last many years the beginning of Lent I am on social media, the only thing I continue to work on is my blog leading others to Christ and to have a personal walk with him not just during lent but everyday of their lives. I lead a Bible study at times and I am in classes for ministry. I will keep you in my prayers as you draw closer to the Lord: Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. James 4:8

    1. We need a fresh touch from the Holy Spirit this very day, so desperately, there are no words to describe it.

Bless you and yours as you press in to know God better.
